On this episode, the Peeps are in Virginia Beach, VA and the host Sean (@bassaxoharp) is joined at the Cafe with Cristhian (@cristhiannmp) and Denise (@hotpricanldy), as well as Davion (Sean’s and Denise’s 15-year old son) having a tough, but necessary, conversation about the fact that Black Lives Matter!

The messaging concerning the Black Lives Matter movement is often misaligned by individuals seeking to divert attention from the true issue — systemic racism. In this episode, the Peeps sit and try to digest George Floyd’s death and the aftermath. But more importantly, this conversation gives Davion the opportunity to express his feelings about the protests, the Black Lives Matter Movement, and systemic racism. It’s a hard conversation, but a worthwhile one.
